Quick Scoping

In this call of duty there was supposed to be no quick scope, or lets say, not that easy to do, but as some of you know its not that hard and is prob. the easiest COD to do it in. I cant understand it they finally make the SMG the way there supposed to, not kill you from across the map, so why not a sniper, who in the world is gonna hold a giant gun and point and shoot KILL, One shot, one half sec. They should have made it more like MW3 , there was a delay in pulling up your rifle. But to each his own, I say you wanna show real skills, use pistols only and go positive 2.00, and then I will shake your hand and give you props
