Need help with streaks

I am struggling to find the scorestreaks that work for me. I have the lowest 3 picked right now because I have a hard time getting decent streaks going but I'm not really getting that much use out of the supply drop or the little remote control tank bomb thing.

What are some of the more useful lower point streaks?

Just roll with the punches. The early, unlocked scorestreaks you start out with are shitty to begin with, when you get to level 25-ish, 35-ish... You have better scorestreaks available to you. Right now, I am running around with UAV, R.A.P.S, and those robots. I forget what it's called.

As my first I'd run UAV because not only does it help you, it helps your team. Paying attention to the mini-map is 90% of the success in this game. For your second I'd run Care Package and make sure you're also running the Engineer perk, this will let you re-roll or change the package to something better or even trap it for the enemy time. This could sometimes result in higher streaks that you'll get to experience without the stress of going on a gun streak to get there. Lastly I'd run the Hellstorm missile.. fairly simple to use.. steer it at the big red triangles (there is also a speed boost and a rocket separation within this killstreak). When mastered can become devastating on objective game modes.

In my opinion it completely depends what kind of player you are. If you love running around the map then getting the higher scoresteaks are going to be harder to get - more chance of being killed. If you like playing it slow then it makes life slightly easier to get the higher scorestreaks. If you're looking for the higher scorestreaks (Wrath, Raps, GI) I'd say using the HATR is a must. Nothing better that knowing exactly where your enemy will be when you're on a 8/10 killstreak.
