DMZ Extended Plates

I have played games where I can carry up to 10 plates on my person...

I figured I had completed one of the Passive Missions where my Plate Pack was expanded..

But then I'll go into another match and still be limited to 3 plates on my person..

WTF!!??

i dont think the plates matter to much i mean what good are they when theres 10 ai shooting you in the chest and the back at the same fking time.
