I’ve noticed that ever since MWII released, MW (2019) multiplayer no longer gets weekly playlist updates, which includes the return of shoot house 24/7 and shipment extended. This sucks because as much as I like MWII, I still wanted to get obsidian for some of my guns on 2019. Does anyone know if it will ever return or are we just stuck with “1v1 me bro” for the rest of this games lifecycle?

Is shipment extended/ shoot house 24/7 returning?
I'm sorry, but yes. It's gonna stay like that until Infinity Ward decides to update the game or update the playlist. HOWEVER, MWII has Shoot House, and Shipment is coming soon to MWII.
