I have been having direct x errors almost every game i play, my drivers are up to date and im just lost on what to do. Ive been trying to solve this for a long time already, does anyone maybe know a solution to this?

Several things could be happening. You could try to download a clean new current driver for your video card. DO NOT install it yet. Now, uninstall your current video driver. Once that is done then run the install for the newly downloaded video driver. If there is an option to do a CLEAN install then definitely choose that option.

PRO NOTE ------ Always, always, always do a clean install when you update your video card drivers.

Please when posting these error topics be sure to include your version of windows, the model of video card and what driver version you use at the time of the error.

Good luck and I hope this helps. Please report back if it worked or not so that we know and if we need to look for additional solutions.

Well i reinstalled windows and did complete fresh install of the driver and that did not work. And today my card just fully died so i guess the issues were on the cards side. My gpu was an RX5700XT.

Well that wasnt really expected. Sorry to hear about the card but these things happen. Best of luck with the new one. Let us know how your new card works and what type it is. Im more of an Nvidia man myself and looking forward to seeing the new 5000 series in the near future. (currently using an EVGA 3080 rtx)
