direct x 12 error

Right click on the START/WINDOW icon in the lower left..

Select RUN...

type in 'dxdiag' and hit enter..

Select SAVE ALL INFORMATION and then post it here...

No, it's not going to FIX it..

But it might tell us what's wrong exactly..

That middle button on the right bottom will create a TXT file... Post that TXT file here..

It has Systems sound 123 input Which one do you want to see. Sorry I’m not that tech savvy thanks for help me out here

What you need to do is this.

When you first open dxdiag, you'll see 3 buttons at the bottom right..

SEE PIC #1

You want to click on the SAVE ALL INFORMATION button.. Your computer will analyze your system for a few secs to a minute and then you'll see a SAVE AS box come up

SEE PIC #2

Click SAVE and that was save a DxDiag.txt file to your desktop..

Come back in here and reply to this comment, use the ATTACH FILES button on the lower left of the comment box and attach that DxDiag.txt to a reply...

I'm having same issue, and have done clean installs of windows, direct x, xbox app, and call of duty.
Still have issues, I can usually play 3 games in "safe mode" before it crashes.
