I have been a loyal customer of your games for many years and have invested over 2,000 euros in in-game content such as player skins, weapon skins, and other items. Additionally, I regularly purchase the latest titles in your series, including the recently released Black Ops 6, which I am now unable to play due to the suspension.I work hard for my money and look forward to playing a few relaxing rounds of Warzone with my friends on the weekends. However, your decision to suspend my account has taken away all the fun and joy I had with Call of Duty. I would like to emphasize that I have never cheated. I do not know the Steam account “JUNESHEILAS782” and I do not own a Steam account.

Moreover, I had purchased the BlackCell packages up until March 2024, which you can verify. Each BlackCell package cost around 30€, and I had bought around four of them.

I urgently ask you to investigate this matter. It should be clear from the IP addresses or MAC addresses that I have no connection whatsoever with this Steam account. It is extremely frustrating to be banned as a loyal customer without any explanation, especially after investing so much time and money in your games.

I have now been waiting for five months for a resolution, during which I have not been able to play the new title Black Ops 6, despite having no fault in this situation. I am deeply disappointed and even depressed about the loss of all my skins and progress since the first Warzone game.

I urgently ask you to carefully review the data and IP addresses and restore my account as soon as possible. This situation is causing me significant emotional distress, and I hope you can rectify this error swiftly.
