Vanguard is horrible

This game sucks horribly. You know back when being in school and you were in a group....the person who did the least amount of work was obvious about it but still got a grade?? This is it. 3 groups to make a CoD game and something was put together quick for the meantime. It's nothing more of a copy and paste of MW 2019 but way worse. It only has one announcer and it's the same from MW 2019, red flag. You literally have to watch the kill cams to see who or what killed you. It's so dumb to see the MVP screens and vote....I don't want to watch stupid gun butts hitting people and freeze to vote. I want to play. This game is sooooo out of touch with reality. Camos in a WW2 game!? You gotta be kidding me. The absolute most they could do back in the day was etch the initials or kill count in their weapons. Now I'm looking at a killcam with someone who killed me with a Fastpoint Reflex with yellow triangle reticles!?? Get tha f outta here with that!! Microflex LED back in 1942!!?? Nope..Atomic is ok...I get it....WW2 and the atomic bomb...got it....but still....weapon charms?? Red white and blue blueprints?? So lame. I literally turned off the game and said no more...I would rather do my homework than to play this...(which I'm taking a quick break from to write this). What about factions? No Allies powers vs Axis powers? So lame. You die so fast in this game over and over. It's just plain not fun and really not CoD. This game is absolutely horrible. The one good thing about this game is I learned is I'm going to put the controller down and focus on myself and let my friends play this without me.

As a World War II First Person Shooter game, I really have no beef with Vanguard... For that genre, it's acceptable..

MY beef is that I don't like World War II FPS games..

And I hate being given only 2 choices.. Play World War II FPS game or don't play Warzone...

That's a bullshit choice..

But, since Warzone is free... Whaddya gonna do???

Hi @bilalkk03 and welcome to CoDForums.

I tried the game during the free week and found that I didn't like it, I want able to put my finger on a single reason for not looking it, but agree with many of your points.

I didn't buy Vanguard and have recently gone back to playing MW, after playing nothing but Cold War until Vanguard launched.

I just felt like changing things up a bit, I find Cold War has a faster pace (I play Free For All HC mostly) so after not playing for about 5-6 months MW seemed like a better way to get back into it.

Very well said. Although I have to admit... I haven't put controller down yet. It'll be soon though bc MW multiplayer seems to be fixed finally.

It has been hard to play. I like a few things about it but I find myself going back to cold war often. I do like the different pacings but geez the amount of cheating in this game makes it hard to even play. That's been most of the call of duty games lately though
