DMZ Unregistered Cargo glitch

HI,
This is the last mission of Shadow Company level 4.
I can not clear all enemy from the ship.
There is always one left below the bow deck who I can hear and can shoot me through the sides, and bottom of the ship as well as in the first level bathroom.
I've tried many times for the last week.
I have tried drill charges but they do not penetrate the ship.
As a result I can not move on to level 5.
I have filed a bug report via my Battlenet launcher but doubt I'll hear anything back.
Anybody else having this problem or have a suggestion?

Use a heart beat and drill charge throw it at top of yellow line on ship. Are wait on ship until gas kills it them leave.

I tried the hb sensor/drilcharge a few times with no effect on the bot. Never tried the radiation method. But apparently was addressed because after the haunting update installed I was able to just clear clear the ship with no leftover ai and complete the mission. Now that the haunting is over I wonder if the mission works ok.
