Unable to access account due to number

Heyy, had an activision account linked to my number on another battlenet account but ive now switched to a new account and bought mw2. Ive linked my number to my new battlenet account and linked my activision account to the new account aswell though when i load up the game, it doesnt allow me to sign into an activision account or get past the starting screen. What should i do?

idk thats wierd. have you checked to make sure your info is correct when you try to sign in. that all is matching. username email password.

it doesnt allow me to sign in when i load up the game. when i load up the game, that's what im met with

I would suggest contacting Activision and or Battlenet account people to see what they can see and for recommendations.

Oh, another thought here. Are you using a PS5? I ask because someone else is having trouble at the moment with a similar problem.
