Why not take a minute to A couple of days ago I tried to play Cold War multiplayer (on PS5) but I got a UI error code. I couldn't find a match, it seemed like my game version reversed itself, and I couldn't update it.
I soon discovered that ALL my stats - time played, kills, score, etc. were reset along with all my classes getting wiped too. However, I retained my prestige level and guns.
After deleting and re-installing the game to the latest version I can now play multiplayer, however, my stats are still missing.
I've tried googling to see if this is a common thing but I haven't found anything, hence this post.
Has anyone have any answers/experienced the same thing?
