Hey buddy, yes you can, the entire campaign, zombies and multiplayer can be played splitscreen.

You need x-box controller to do it only.. PS2-3-4 controllers doesn't work

I tried to make my PS2 controller work with it but nothing happened. And then I saw a video on youtube on how to make it work the guy attached an xbox controller and BO3 detected it. PC im talking about.
Yeah, but this thread has nothing to do with that. The OP is asking: Can he Splitscreen with a friend? Answer: Yes. Anywhere it allows co-op, he can do it.
And secondly, you CAN use PS3/4 with PC. The fact that BO3 can't detect it, is irrelevant. Doing a search brings up this for PS3. As for PS4, this. Though, they're limited in scope.
