Problem with sentry guns?

Is anybody else having a problem with this? I am mostly getting them from care packages, they don’t seem to work? Not shooting enemies?

None of the turrets or sentry guns are useful in Modern Warfare 2019, Sorry, but true. It was useful in any Call of Duty title before it.

Hmm, really? I thought it was something to kill quite a few enemies with, once you found a good spot lol! Why does it seem my team gets killed a lot by them then, including me?

I did the daily last night and the 1st one i set in place killed enough to get it done. Didn't see an issue. What platform are you on? Ps4 seemed fine.

I’m on PS4 too! I never usually use them until recently, used 10 killed 6

It's spotty, sometimes you get some kills, sometimes it doesn't. The reason why it kills you easy, is because the person put it in the right place.

I didn’t think that Was normal? That is not even one kill per sentry gun??? Always looks like enemies sentry guns get at least 6 per gun. Now l’ve used it 13 times and no more kills?

Lol, I’m pretty sure I’m putting most of them in a good place! One time l had two at the same time at the windmill place!

Same for claymores. Ugh. I really hate that trait.

The only problem with sentry guns is that blow up in less than 5 mins. That's BS! They should till be running untill somebody blows it up!

yes iv'e noticed that too! they are slow to place down you would think they were made stronger!

I plunked it down. Claymore doesn't work for at least 5 seconds before the red lights turn on.

Died MANY times because of that shit.

i think i know what you mean now. i have seen enemies quite a few times recently go past as if it's not there. we might aswel meantion the mines whilst we're at it lol! teammate goes past a mine he looks fine no damage, whilst your're quite a bit behind away and it blasts you dead instead! so many things wrong!

Yeah. Especially when you JUST did it a second ago. You'd be like "WTF? I put it there!"

I've seen this, I've seen a move get triggered as I ran past it, but was far enough away from blast radius to only get damage and not killed while the team mate behind me wasn't so lucky.
