Please help PS4 question

So I have a frustrating dilemma, me and my husband both have PS4s, both have call of duty Cold war accounts, both have the same things on both accounts the only difference is he has a higher prestige. My problem is that I can sit and play on my husband's account, play his character and his setup (which I will say is exactly the same as I have set up on my own account) but his character moves so much faster than mine!!! I'm not kidding about having everything the same either we have the same gun set up, we have the same characters we have the same skills and perks, I mean everything is exactly the same except for the prestige levels that is the only difference. it's not the PlayStations because I've put my account on his PlayStation and play it off of his PlayStation and yet my character still moves slow so there's got to be something going on here that I'm just not seeing if anybody has any suggestions please let me know.

Thought as much, just another head scratching wtf thing !
Unfortunately there are that many glitchy things wrong with cod games now I've given up with them and that's the main reason I won't be buying Vanguard.
When they start caring about the quality of the game and their consumers instead of micro transactions and their share holders bank accounts I might start playing them again !
