Need Help: Game Error

ok i come to play the game yesterday and i was getting the error message, so i thought ok maybe its doing maintenance, then i wait til this morning and it doing same thing, so im like ok then i looked over on the battle.net app and i can clearly see my friends playing the game im like wth, so im going to post in a pix, can u guys tell me whats this mean?

not sure ive been getting server disconnect in vanguard recently so i dont know whats up.

I've been able to play yesterday and today with no issues. Hopefully it was a temporary glitch.
