MnK Guns wont fire

I have had this issue in MW3 where auto guns just stop firing after 1-2 bullets, and after a while it shoots again. And for some reason it only happens when I am aiming enemies. And sometimes when I clearly just click once with single fire guns it shoots another one without a click. Does anyone else experience anything similar? I have tried and tried to replicate it many times but it only happens when I aim at enemies. I will run a session in MW2 right now to see if it happens there. To eliminate possibility of mouse being broken. Will report later if that is the case
