Missing bundle

Hi I bought a saw bundle on Cold War a wee while ago but can’t find it anyone able to help me please

Did you click on Customize at the top of the window and then checked in Bundles? Also are you sure that the transaction went through when you purchased it?

Did you get it through Steam or Battlenet? Havent played Cold War so I just assumed it would be there or something similar. My bad!
