lost all progression

i just had an update to the new season. ALL my progress is GONE!!!!!!! i had many weapons maxed out at the highest level. now all of them are at level one again! and when i go into free for all, the weapons are not the correct weopns that i have selected for use in the round of play. WTF?!?!? i am BEYOND angry!!!!! why did my character go back to level 1 today, when yesterday my character was at l;evel 235?!?!? and i see other players that retained their level. what the hell happened?!?!

There was a quick update this morning so maybe it has fixed the problem. There have been reports of this problem so probably has been fixed now.

I’m having the same fucking issue and I’ve tried contacting Activision about it and have got nothing it’s bullshit imma bout to delete this bullshit

i did a hard reset of my xbox, and everything is seemingly back to normal now, thankfully. suggest you try the same if you're still having any issues
