I am reforming a gaming community that was originally created in 2010 and had a successful first run with over 3,000 members. However, the co-founders I worked with before are no longer around and I am looking for people who either have previous gaming community experience or people who are willing to learn the skills to become a successful community leader. I have over 8 years of gaming community experience, but know I cannot do it alone. I want to build a quality and dedicated staff of members who will help the community strive to goals that are thought of as unachieveable.
