Xbox Live Looking for clan, War Mode preferred

I prefer to play War Mode and suck at it, LOL! My K/D is in the gutter and will likely stay there the rest of my life but I enjoy playing. Hit me with a clan invite and how to even join a clan in game! First time CoD’er here as I’ve mainlined Destiny and D2 until this dropped.

I’m also leaning towards a Veterans type Clan if there’s any out there.
