Just got Vanguard

Hi everyone,

I just reluctantly bought vanguard because WW II games are so early 2000‘s and I’m over them, and it’s what I expected hopeless.

I love the Cold War game and do quite well at it but I’m just getting smashed in vanguard in multiplayer. Anyone else experiencing anything similar?

And what is with the zombie‘s? It is absolutely terrible compared to Cold War.

I don't mind a WWII game. I just got it a week or two ago and i was also getting blasted every round. As far as i can tell so far the guns are quite heavily relying of attachments. The ones i have been working on anyway. This is both when it comes to barrels and ammo/magazine. They can improve the gun quite a lot. What i DIDN'T like in Cold War was that the attachments were so boring. Every attachment was a copy/paste from one gun to the other. Sometimes with a different name but they did the same thing. Here there is a lot more variety and you need to get the stats to figure out how to go from a sub par weapon to a great one.

I played again today with a different attitude and agree with you regarding ranking up the weapons. Once I started unlocking speed tapes I was doing much better.

A lot of attachments can also reduce the number of shots to kill. That's helping a lot too.

It isn't Cold War, you have to play a lot differently. The game is also broken right now and people are also exploiting OP loadouts. You just need to get used to it and pray for a good lobby.
