I've spoken of this before, but I'll repeat it here.

The reason is something I think it's something xenForo needs to fix at the core level. I complained to xenForo about this. The issue, to me... is that I created groups, and set up "promotions" to move that user to "X" group based on posts. But the way xenForo works behind the scenes, it's not letting the group promote. Hell, I even prepared ranks for these promotions.

The groups are in the software, the promotions are in the software, I can pull up a screencap, and you'd be like "What?" And for TEN years... it wouldn't do the thing I asked the software to DO.

For now, though, go to your "account details" and there should be a "custom title" field. If not, let me know.
