I downloaded the game a few days ago and it still asks me after almost every multiplayer game to purchase Cold War when I'm obviously playing Cold War.... it also wont allow me to play the campaign and has a lock icon next to it when I have the campaign pack already downloaded. Anybody else experiencing similar issues?
