I need help with ADS settings due to my tremors

I have Parkinson's disease and it causes me to have tremors. I love COD and have been playing since the original, but my tremors are getting bad and making gameplay very difficult. Mainly the sticks are requiring to much force to get initial movement, and then once there is movement it jumps to far. This is especially a problem for me with sniper rifles. Could someone please offer some suggestions for settings changes in MWIII? Thank you for your help.

I have essential tremor and have a similar issue. The Razer Wolverine V2 controller for Xbox helped me a lot with this because there’s a sensitivity modifier button. I’m not sure what platform you’re playing on but you can probably find the same thing for PS to modify sensitivity while you hold a button down. I basically move and look around without holding it and then hold it while aiming, and managed to build the habit to where I don’t really think about it, even when I need to let go of the button to aim a little faster when someone is up close or for whippy sniper shots.

Separately, I’m away from my console now so I can’t check, but I vaguely remember some controller settings either in the Razer Xbox software or in COD, where you choose the minimum movement required before the stick registers it.
