How do you update the game to newest version

Hi I have been having a problem since I installed COD Blacks ops 2. I'm unable to play in the Zombie mode.. Each time I choose the campaign mode, I get the starting video, then brought right back to the same screen, with the same choices. I have yet to figured out how to find and install any game patches.. You help is appreciated thanks..

You don't update, they took multiplayer out of the game so now you can only play campaign. Sorry it only happened to a select few and you must have been one of them.
