DMZ Have completely lost any desire to play DMZ...

With MWIII coming at the end of the week, the haunting event is over, DMZ has become nothing but team hunts.

I have been in 3 times yesterday and ended with 2 wipes and one successful exfil in which we did next to nothing but run from another team.

The last wipe we were at the top of MAZ and the other team circled us within 30 seconds of spawn. They had the rear and side of us covered within 30 seconds and the team I was with (the two of us) were dead before we were 1 min in game.

Seriously spawns are WAY to close to each other they need to cut the amount of teams down to half what they have in game.

I mean seriously I can't even get barely engaged with the game and boom we are being downed. Its utter BS

And that's why I tend to stick to plunder. Don't lose your gear. I was getting tired of Lockdown. Lots of weird shit happening there.

Yeah my main thing recently is playing campaign and working my way thru it finding all the weapons and then going back and playing it on Vet and trying to complete each mission. I got tired last night on the last mission I was doing and started a complete Leroy Jenkins trend. till after about 20 attempts I realized I was not in a mental capacity to keep moving fwd and should quit for the night.

Yeah, I've gotten nailed there too. By the trucks/excavators/guardtower. They come over the dune with sniper etc. I run east towards river, hide and look back.

Agree - may as well get rid of DMZ as you can't complete any missions as everyone is just hunting.

They basically are getting rid of it as it won't be included in MW3's warzone. Only modes will be BR, Plunder and Resurgence with Rebirth coming back at some point. DMZ is not included. Now, MS could change that down the road.
