Ground War, White Phospherous and Killstreaks

I really think White Phosphorous needs to go in Ground War. It just simply isn't fun and gives the other team a huge advantage for moving into a position. If all things were equal i'd say sure it's a great tactical reward however there's so many players in GW that latency really decides the matches. I've had matches where everything is normal and others where I can't kill anyone to spite having the drop. I accept this as it's internet play however adding in the killstreaks to players that are enjoying the latency advantage just adds salt to the wound. This isn't a skill thing...the game is pretty easy and the choke points are obvious. However please consider that latency is playing a huge role and allowing players who really aren't gaining them from skill but latency advantage and thus really don't need to be rewarded with game changing killstreaks. The other problem is the hacks that players use to get the kill streaks.

This is just my opinion and I'd love to know what other players think on this.
