Warzone Game continually freezing, stuttering throughout the whole game.

Hi I play on an ASUS ROG GL552VW Laptop i7-6700HQ @ 2.60GHz 8GB RAM, and I installed the game on my HDD since my SSD is already full and I've been experiencing extreme freezing/lagging/stuttering even on practice modes which means this is not a connection problem. I've noticed that what causes the problem is that the game doesn't load textures ahead before the game starts, it loads while I play the game which causes the freezing and when a certain part of the map has its textures loaded, that certain part of the map doesn't cause freezing/stuttering/lagging. Now, after I move to another part of the map that doesn't have it's textures loaded, it starts freezing/lagging/stuttering again. However I can see that it's running at more or less 60 FPS since the animations, movements or etc run very smoothly just with freezing. I've already tried running the game with and without razer cortex (the game booster) and i've set all my settings to the lowest possible settings and enabled the cache with the sunlight,etc. It's been very frustrating since i've even tried to re-download the game and still of no avail. I hope someone can help me.

by the way, i'm running on NVIDIA GeForce 960M with the latest drivers

[/QUOTEare you letting the cache get to 100 percent on multiplayer when you get to start up screen, this is VERY important, The servers have been lagging some specially on warm up at times.

you letting the cache get to 100 percent on multiplayer when you get to start up screen, this is VERY important, The servers have been lagging some specially on warm up at times.
