When I activate FSR 3 Frame Generation, I experience a perceived FPS cap at 120fps, despite the displayed FPS number actually being well above 200FPS. My monitor also indicates that it's receiving 240 frames per second and is functioning normally. However, when I disable Frame Generation and only have FSR 3 enabled, I get around 150FPS, and it feels like 150FPS. What could be causing this?
