I need to buy a few points to get season 6 battle pass but game just locks up in “purchasing” screen. Tried verifying files with no change. Any suggestions?

Hard reboot your system (I know that sounds silly but do it if you havent already) LOL

You may have to contact Steam, Blizzard or whomever you got the game from.
