Clan Name Denied Due To Prohibited

i dont know why i cant have a clan tag on cod mw2 i can put in AAAA and it will just say "Clan Name Denied Due To Prohibited" every time i have been told to delete my acound then recover it but if i do that ill lose my achiv's =[ any other way??
