Camper Whiners...

AntiCheatAgent94

The Equalizer
It cracks me up when I am playing the game and people whine and cry about "campers", IE sniper nests...

I mean, what do they expect?? Players to run around and make it easier for the whiners to kill them???

"Pardon me, sir.. But your game play is detrimental to my kill count.. Could you please run into my sights so I can shoot you??"

I play my game how I play my game.. Instead of whining about camping, why not put that energy into figuring out a way to sneak up on me??

I mean, it's not rocket science...

do you mean those that are near by everytime you spawn and if you get killed it's usually the same player doing it, i used to get that but i just run to the nearest cover and get them back lol i think it's just experience, like where your against players that know the maps very well. i remember playing modern warfare 2 and the same player would not be too far away and chase me lol i was just getting used to the game and controls but over time i can get away from these campers.

In real warfare snipers pretty much lie and wait, so how you can expect snipers not to camp? It's boring, yes, but that's how the sniping works.

I am getting killed a lot when running around with my crossbow, but that's the reality of it. If you want everyone to run at you guns ablaze, shipment is the map to enjoy this playstyle.

which call of duty title do people prefer? i like the ww2 theme like world at war, i'll always remember the storyline and the enemies throwing grenades like crazy on veteran mode lol that was a nightmare on the enter the reichstag level. i quite like black ops i do play that one multiplayer but it doesn't save my progress and im always level 1 everytime i return to game.

This thread was started before I joined, but seeing as it has been revived, I thought I would join in with the conversation, it is just a relevant now in Cold War as it was in Modern Warfare 15-months ago.

I mostly play HC Free For All in Cold War, this can be a lot of fun, but it can also be the most frustrating mode to play in.

It gets really frustrating when several spawn campers each pick a spawn point to camp over and then just wait there, when spawning, these campers are alerted by the sound of weapons being loaded up and have already taken aim and got off a few rounds before the player knows they have finished respawning.

I've played rounds where I quite literally spawned and died to end up being killed 6 or 7 times in a row without taking a single step or even being able to raise my gun to ADS. So that, for me, is the worst side of campers, imagine going into a game with 7 other players to find that only 2 or 3 of them are searching out opponents while the rest are hiding in corners.

But there is a good side to campers too, if you know where the spawn points are, and know the locations where you most frequently get killed, then all you need to do is run from spawn point to spawn point and check those corners. Some of the trickiest corners are best dealt with by opening fire before you peek the corner. I have obtained plenty of merciless medals playing this way, I've even had a camper ask me,
How on earth did you know I was there?
This has been said before in many threads by many different people, but camping is a strategy, you can beat them by finding a strategy to beat them, sometimes they can hold the point well and defend it from multiple points of access, they won't be able to hold it indefinitely, and things like stuns, flashes, lethal equipment, rocket launchers, and kill/score streaks can help you beat them.

I loved the SUPERSTORE map in MW2019... Get up in one of the offices.. One way in/out... A couple mines and your 6 is covered.. :D

Same with the Quad Tower courtyard in the prison in Warzone.. Put a couple bouncing bettys at the top of the ladder and snipe the whole prison.. If you listen close, you can nail anyone coming up the ladder even before they trip the BBs..

Good times.. :D

i was playing black ops on ps3 earlier and i was killed twice and on the kill camera it showed player inside a room with a golden light machine gun just shooting at the wall, i saw that in both kill camera and shortly after the game paused and said something about a new host and a countdown and then back to game, i never saw that player again, i think that's what they refer to as a cheater, that's the 1st time ive encountered that, i can imagine people get that in any of the call of duty titles when on multiplayer.
