Campaign & Zombies freeze on PS5 with PS4 version

When loading the mission End of the Line in Campaign after the beginning scene the screen goes black and when I shut down the game it gives me the option to report the problem.
In Zombies it goes black after choosing a class and the scene with your team arriving in Die Maschine.
I already have uninstalled and installed the game but I still have this problem.
Does someone have a fix?

Try turn off 120 hz ... Go in setings and preffere resolution mode .. Worked for me..
