Hi Activision Legal Team,
I’d like to report an unauthorized server revival project hosted at https://codn.live. This website launched a custom Call of Duty: Black Ops 1 client and server for the Nintendo Wii on April 25, 2025.
The project uses Activision’s intellectual property, assets, and networking code without authorization. The original BO1 Wii servers were officially shut down years ago, and this revival directly bypasses that by distributing modified clients to play online.
