Activision account hacked?

Hi so my Activision account seems to have been hacked. I get on one day and notice that everything was back to zero, all my friends were no longer on there, and I had lost all of my progression. I do some more investigation and realized that my Activision ID and the numbers next to my name was not the same as before and it showed in game as well. I had my friends look to see if they still had me as a friend and they said that I was on and playing SND which was not the case. I tried logging into Activision and was able to do so fine by my ID had been changed as well. I reached out to Activision recovery and had not heard anything back. Its been one week with nothing. So I was wondering if anybody else has had this issue? My battlenet and steam info were not changed and it still shows my purchases made on my "old account". Thanks for any help if possible.

You just need to keep badgering them until they fix it, at least that seems to be the common response to other people that have posted about this same issue, it appears that it is not too difficult for people to take control of other accounts with very little information about the account in question.

GG Reloaded posted a video about this on YouTube and it took him quite some time to get his account back, during which time he contacted Activision daily, often more than once.

Going thru the same thing now. All was good till today and my original acct,weapons,operators,battlepass are all gone. I have new id like you mentioned but email and pw stayed the same for log in but now log in a brand new acct,starting from scratch again.
