I am thinking about trying out Plunder, my son has my old PC and I don't want to buy a second copy of CoD:MW this late into its life cycle.

If we play Plunder and use the in-game comms, are all our conversations open so everyone can hear them, or can we restrict them to just our team?

Just between the team. When you make a kill, though, you can hear a little bit of their "rage" comments.

Not 100% sure about Plunder, but I don't see why it should be different than any of the other game modes. When you talk in-game only your team can hear you. So if you're in multi-player, that would be just your team and not the enemy. If you're in Warzone, only your Duo/Trio/Quad can hear you. I would venture to say it's the same in Plunder as well.

The only exception to this is right after you die, the guy who killed you can hear you for a few seconds.

Thanks, that makes sense.

So one more question, how easy is it for us to ensure we get put into the same team each time we play?

You can invite your son via cross play. How can you forget you can invite your friends?

We will both be playing on PC, so would that mean one of us needs to invite the other(s) to join before trying to start a match?

Sorry, I know these are n00b questions, but I have only played solo up until now, or soon, depends on how long it takes to download the game and patches and updates etc...

Oh, sorry, man. Yes, if you know his Activision account.
