Just coming back to this post, if your monitor supports G-Sync or FreeSync adaptive sync technologies, then once your output frame rate exceed the maximum refresh rate of the monitor G-Sync or FreeSync will be disabled as your monitor will not be able to keep up with your GPU.I honestly thought combining 3900x with 3080 would make a beast of a machine producing at least 240 fps in Warzone, which is why I went ahead and got myself a 240hz 1440p monitor prior to getting the PC parts. From my understanding and many who suffer from these low frames, Warzone is very heavily CPU dependent (which explains why Im getting the same frames with my 3080 as I did with 2070S).
Precisely! I got G-sync enabled because I hate screen tearing and I notice 0 negative impact on frames. On top of that I just found out that amplifying your render resolution in Warzone is directly related to how far you can see enemies, which is kind of dumb, because it seems as if the game was written in 4k and any lower resolution deprives you of necessary intel you may need to be most competitive.Just coming back to this post, if your monitor supports G-Sync or FreeSync adaptive sync technologies, then once your output frame rate exceed the maximum refresh rate of the monitor G-Sync or FreeSync will be disabled as your monitor will not be able to keep up with your GPU.
Just crank up the settings and enjoy a super gaming experience that a 2070 Super can only wish for.
