WTF Lost My Kill Streaks After Death

The Equalizer
Was just playing in Ramaza... Had a Care Package and a Cruise Missile.. It was early in the game so I figured I would hold onto them and ride the momentum.. Got killed.

When I respawned, both were gone..

Has this ever happened to anyone???
