At what point do you get tickets? My friend tells me she doesn’t have any, she is new? I get them all the time!

You need to level up till you're level 55. After that, you take on the officer ranks.
Keep ranking up as you go up new levels.
If you hit level 155, that's the end of the road, until the next season.
Obviously.

Let me raise this from Necro-Land, I haven't earned a single Trial Ticket, not one. I'm WAYYYYY beyond LVL 55. At LVL 173, shouldn't that be...128 tickets?
