Ranking(Rank)/Title in Multiplayer/General

There is hardly any ranking system/title system in this game. A players rank has little to nothing to do with who there are. The progression system moves too fast and the badge and level mean not much at all. There is nothing to differentiate between a max level player and someone a few leagues behind them. The only part of the ranking system that holds true is very low level players (1-10) dominating team deathmatch or other games. I'd like for rank to mean more than a number, something that means more than a title, not an easy grind to collect a badge. I'd like lower level players to see the max rank ones and there be a gap between the two not 30 free double xp tokens literally washing away the grind and rank system entirely. We all remember playing old COD games and seeing max rank/prestige players and it meaning more than purely a grind!

TLDR: The leveling system is too fast and rank means nothing at all

To be honest with you I am fine with the way that it is. I don't look at my rank or level and compare it to anyone else. Nor do I care for looking up to players sitting up at 250 in awe and I don't look down upon those just starting the game. I prefer to think that we are all playing the same game and looking to have fun. There are pro players who do think they are awesome and that is fine with me too. That is not me though. I do enjoy the game and since I have played Call of Duty since day one of its original release I have always held a very low regard for the game, or any game, when it allowed players to get super gear to use against those just starting the game or who are struggling with the game. There is nothing more frustrating to me, and I would assume many players, to be trying to enjoy or learn the game while some elite player continually owns them.

IMHO, the leveling system is just fine and the only grinding necessary is to rank up your weapons and actual skill as opposed to having some blown out of importance mega level rank. Your second sentence "A players rank has little to nothing to do with who they are." is the way I like it. The leveling system we have now does mean that we all have to work to some degree but the speed of progression does allow newer players to be able to acquire new or better weapons so as to compete on a more level playing field hopefully before they get frustrated and leave the game.
