DirectX Error - No Valid resolutions of 800 x 600 or above found

When attempting to start Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, I receive this error message. I have attached a screenshot.

What? My graphics card appears to be working for every other program, except COD.

Any ideas?

Tell us more about your setup, CPU, GPU, RAM, etc...

Also what have tried doing already to fix the issue, the most common fixes to most issues are:

Scan and Repair
Check for game updates
Check for latest video drivers
Check no third party apps/programs are clashing with resource requirements
Check PC meets required specs
Use programs like GeForce Experience to configure game settings
In extreme cases uninstall and reinstall

I have attached a screenshot of my information. Not displayed is my graphics card, which is an NVIDIA RTX 2070. This has become increasingly frustrating. I have already performed all of the suggestions in your reply, to no avail. I do appreciate your attempting to help! Thank you!

My flooring installer found a fix! Thanks for responding and trying to help! Went into Windows graphics settings, and changed them to 800x600. The game started. Then changed the setting there to 800x600, exited to program, and rebooted. The settings Opened the program, changed back to the original settings, and changed the settings back in Windows too. All is good.
