The amount of snippers that get kills even though they dont need to hit a target makes spawing pointless, at least reduce the auto hit...Watching the repays of players killing me in Warzone, console players have no recoil in the weapons they are using. From crouched, I ambushed a runner and put several rounds into him and he just turns and fires with every shot hitting me and killing my avatar. This has happened many times. The aim assist is so strong that console players barely have to aim, and recoil I find in all weapons is pretty much non existent in console aiming. I can see that developers are consolers. How about no cross platform play so that pc amers get a chance. Also this bunnyhopping and siding garbage really screws up the game and add to that, the garbage physics with weapons and ammo, ie. a 7.62 machine gun round has almost double the energy of a any other round, especially.45 and 9mm., but in Warzone, its the number of hits rather than the quality and power of the weapon itself. In reality, a 7.62 round would at the very least knock you over, yet a player can be hit 4 or 5 times and kill an adversary without even having to aim properly.
This game is designed for console gamers and completely shuts out fair play on PC.
What about the mouse and keyboard consolers? Or Controller PC'ers? I don't buy it sorry. It's straight up not fair and it shows when you play against a console player. The best COD players in the world are almost exclusively consolers. If your theory was correct it would be an equal mix. Then try reading my entire post before replying, and it wouldn't be necessary.
If it's a level playing field, sure, then only player skill would matter and any game mechanics meant to help "bad" players play "better", then I'd agree with you. But that's not what's happening with aim assist. When the task one player is doing is more difficult than the other, as it is when one is using a mouse with 400-800dpi vs a thumbstick to aim, it seems fairly logical to level the playing field so both players have an equal task laid before them. With aim assist, it is correcting for a hardware deficiency, not a player skill deficiency. You are only "better doing the skill at hand" because they're using a thumbstick, which severely limits the skill ceiling when compared to your mouse.
