    Pre-Order Bonuses and Promo Items?

    Hey, I was just wondering what sort of pre-order bonuses and various promo items were made/given out for all of the various COD games? I'm especially interested in little things like dog tags and pens (I think they made a pen for MW2 - can anyone confirm?), as well as small strategy books/booklets.
